William H. Parish and Erin Guy Castillo represented a local corporation who sued its former directors and officers for breaching their fiduciary duties. While managing the corporation, the directors and officers allowed over $1.2 million to be embezzled by the former corporate bookkeeper. Mr. Parish and Ms. Guy Castillo recovered the full $1.2 million that was taken, plus interest, for a total award of $1.4 million to the corporation. The corporate shareholders were fully compensated for their loss.
